Classic cars will line Vaughn Drive on Saturday for the Riverfront Run Car Show.

Kim Washer, one of the car show coordinators, said the car show is open to a variety of vehicles.

"We have everything. It's an open show," she said. "It's for cars, trucks and motorcycles."

Washer said vehicles entered into the show range from the 1920s to 2014 models.

The show will also feature monster trucks, a remake of the famous General Lee from "The Dukes of Hazzard," various vendors and music.

There is no admission charge. The show runs from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

"The event grows every year, but this year seems like it's going to be a very good year," Washer said.

There will also be a kickoff event to the car show on Friday that will include a Poker Run beginning at 6 p.m. at Vaughn Drive and West Street. The evening will conclude with a live performance by The Rumors.
