Work of Art Academy seniors on display in downtown galleries

Art enthusiasts have another reason to take a stroll through downtown Madison this weekend, as high school students display their works at local venues.
The Madison Consolidated High School Art Academy will host its annual Senior Art Stroll from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday.
There will be three galleries displaying art from seven highs school students. The trolley will be available to take patrons to and from the locations.
The art stroll will feature Connor Olberding's "Metaphor Phases;" Ireland Falconberry's "Orthopedic Art;" Collin Gordon's "Interpretation of the Word 'Pig';" Caroline Brunner's "Daily Activities of the Human Hand;" Bobbi Cruz's "Nature and Humans;" Colyn Clarke's "Digital Art;" and Matt Williams' "Nature's Creatures."
The pieces will be shown at Gallery 115, 115 E. Main St.; The Artisan Gallery, 325 E. Main St.; and Art on Main, 309 W. Main St.
