Deb and Mike Fine, owners of Cocoa Safari Chocolates and Hertz Shoes Store, are the 2014 recipients of the Historic Madison Inc. Dorothy Inglis Reindollar Preservation Award. They were given the award during the HMI Spring Preservation Gala at the Shrewsbury-Windle House on Friday. HMI President and Executive Director John Staicer said the Fines were selected for renovations to the facade of Cocoa Safari building on Main Street.
