Soup Supper: The ladies of St. John's United Church of Christ will hold their monthly soup supper from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Jan. 31 in Wetzel Hall on East St. The menu will include vegetable, bean and potato soups, a variety of sandwiches, homemade dessert, coffee, tea and lemonade. Camino de Santiago Experience: In Sept. 2012 Lisa Calvin walked 95 miles along the Camino de Santiago, a medieval Christian pilgrimage route in northern Spain. Calvin will share her experience at 9 a.m. Jan. 26 in the fellowship hall of Trinity United Methodist Church.

Woodsmen Quartet: The First Christian Church of Hanover will host the Woodsmen Quartet at 6:30 p.m. Jan. 26. Admission is free. A love offering will be collected.

No More Cutting: A support group for girls from junior high to college who struggle with depression, fear, anxiety and suicidal thoughts will meet every Friday at the Eggleston Community Building, 419 East St., from 6 to 7:30 p.m. The group is spiritually-based and non-denominational.
