Community Lenten Luncheon: The Greater Madison Ministerial Association will host its annual Lenten Luncheon Series Wednesdays from noon to 12:30 p.m. followed by a brief lunch. St. John's United Church of Christ will host Bill Johnson, pastor of the First Christian Church on March 19. Christ Episcopal will host Jan Anderson of the Cry of the Shofar Ministry on March 26. The First Christian Church will host Father Chris Craig of Prince of Peace on April 2. Prince of Peace will host Bob Cannon, pastor of Hanover United Methodist on April 9. First Baptist Church will host J.D. Traylor, pastor of Hanover Baptist Church on April 16.

The Diplomats: North Madison Baptist Church, 1906 Orchard St., will host the Southern gospel group The Diplomats at 7 p.m. March 20. Tickets are $5 and a love offering will be collected. Doors open at 6 p.m. For more information call (812) 701-0214.

Soup Supper: West Madison United Methodist Church, 1100 W. Main St., will host a soup supper from 4 to 7 p.m. March 22 with soup, sandwiches and dessert. A free will offering will be accepted.
40 Days of Community Campaign: Trinity United Methodist Church will begin several community mission projects the week of March 23. The campaign will host volunteers at Girls Inc., House of Hope Food Pantry, the Madison-Jefferson County Animal Shelter, as literacy tutors, at Jefferson County Public Library and Hickory Creek at Madison. Interested volunteers can coordinate through the church office at (812) 265-3059, which will have more information on the individual opportunities and any required training.
Catholics Returning Home: Prince of Peace Parish will present the five-week series on Tuesday evenings at 7 p.m. starting April 22 at the Catholic Community Center, 305 W. State St. The sessions are for non-practicing Catholics who are looking for answers to questions about returning to the Catholic church. There will be informal sharing and an update of the Catholic faith. For more information call (812) 265-4166.
