Harvest: Will be performed Feb. 13-16 at 7:30 p.m. in Hanover College's Parker Auditorium. The sci-fi drama unfolds in a near-future world where the rich buy the rights to the bodies of the poor. Murdered to Death: Madison Community Players will stage Peter Gordon's "Murdered to Death" as dinner theater at the Livery Stable. Performances will be at 6 p.m. Feb. 14 and Feb. 15 and at 2:30 p.m. Feb. 16. Tickets are $30. For more information or reservations call (812) 493-3357.
Dead Serious About Life: For more than 24 years 'Mispachah' a non-profit group based out of Ohio, has been performing this musical in high schools, churches and youth conventions. It deals with issues like suicide, drug addiction, sex, bullying, cutting, alcohol abuse, self-esteem and teen pregnancy. The play was postponed to Feb. 22 at 2 p.m. and Feb. 23 at 3 p.m. It will be held in the cafeteria of Switzerland County High School. Tickets are $8 in advance and can be ordered at (800) 459-7268. Jefferson County House of Hope: Will provide free food and supplies to residents of Jefferson County who are in need. A household may visit once every 30 days. Guests will be served from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesdays and from 9 a.m. to noon Fridays. The clearinghouse is located at 100 E. Second St. The entrance is located off First St., at the rear of the building.
