Emily Goins of Madison was named to the dean's list for the fall semester of the 2013-2014 school year at Manchester University. Students named to the list must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale. Goins is a senior psychology and social work major.



Gail Peak of Madison was among those honored on the Lewis University dean's l for fall semester of the 2013-2014 school year. Peak was studying athletic training. Students named to the list must earn a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a 4.0 scale and have no "D" or "F" grades.



Alexandra Hammock of Madison graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Indianapolis in Dec. 2013.



Several area students were named to the honors list for the fall semester of the 2013-2014 school year at the University of Southern Indiana. Among area students honored were Adam Jones and Cody Randall, both of Madison.

Undergraduate students must achieve a 3.5 or better grade point average on a 4.0 scale to be eligible for the honors list.

Jordan Hall, a senior sociology major, is the son of Vicky Wolfley of Hanover. He is a graduate of New Washington Middle and High School.

Brianna Cherry, a sophomore undeclared major, is the daughter of Patricia Pauley of Hanover. She is a graduate of Ohio Virtual Academy.

Allison Mruzek, a first-year undeclared major, is the daughter of David and Lisa Mrusek of Hanover. She is a graduate of Shawe Memorial Junior-Senior High School.

Dani Miller, a senior cultural anthropology major, is the daughter of John and Jacqueline Miller of Hanover.She is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School.

Katie McKinley, a senior chemistry major, is the daughter of Kevin and Teresa McKinley of Hanover. She is a graduate of Southwestern Middle and High School.

Destini Spicer, a first-year undeclared major, is the daughter of Elmer and Ruth Spicer of Lexington. She is a graduate of Scottsburg High School.

Clarissa Harmon, a junior elementary education major, is of Lexington. She is a graduate of Scottsburg High School.
