CARROLLTON — Three Carroll County players have been named to the All-31st District Softball Team.
Seventh grade catcher Brooklyn Rose, sophomore outfielder Madi Groves and freshman pitcher Mallory Noble represent Carroll County on the All-31st District Softball Team. Rose Groves and Noble are among the top underclass high school softball players in North Central Kentucky. The trio helped to pace Carroll County throughout the 2023 high school softball season.
Rose led Carroll County offensively, batting a team-high .409 with 28 runs, 27 hits, 29 RBIs, six doubles, two triples, five home runs and 10 stolen bases.
Ranking as Carroll County’s second-leading hitter, Groves batted .306 with 14 runs, 19 hits, 24 RBIs, four doubles, two triples and one home run.
Thriving in the circle for Carroll County, Noble recorded two wins and two saves while registering 54 strikeouts and compiling a 2.36 ERA.
The All-31st District Softball Team, which includes players from Carroll County, Eminence, Gallatin County, Henry County, Owen County and Trimble County, follows.
