Webster, of the Madison’s Riverfront Development Committee, thanks members of the Valley Hills Garden Club for the memorial bricks the provided on the Madison Riverwalk directly in front of the Historic Cotton Mill/Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott. Webster called it an effort to “memorialize people who have given back to the community. This is beautiful. This is why I love what this is doing.”
