Madison Consolidated High School’s Junior/Senior Prom will be Saturday, May 14 at Connor K. Salm Gymnasium with a Grecian Odyessy theme for the evening. Students interested in participating in Prom Court will serve others by choosing a charity to raise money for and the candidate who raises the most money by May 12, named the winner. The candidates and their chosen charities are: Junior princess and prince candidates: Lauren Knoebel; Ruth Haven; Nicole Weghorst, Community Foundation of Jefferson County; Emma Reilmann, Kaitlyn’s Hope; Mitchell Adams, Jefferson County Youth Shelter; and Ally Skirvin, Embrace Grace/Embrace Life. Senior queen and king candidates: Felicia Fischer, Ukrainian Relief; Anneliese Crumley, Girls Inc.; Morgan Preston, The Trevor Project; Violet Reetz, National Association on Mental Illness; Leah Combs, Imani Children’s Choir; Hailee Spencer, Jefferson County Animal Shelter; Mae Preston, Beyond Type 1; Will Ratcliff, Child’s Play Charity; and Alonso Arauco, Habitat for Humanity of Jefferson County.
