Sedam Contracting’s Keith Huffman operates a backhoe and Logan McDowell works below while constructing curbs, culverts and drainage in the 100 block of St. Michaels Avuenue on Thursday where new sidewalks are being built near the Fairfield Inn & Suits by Marriott that is locating on the renovated site of the former Eagle Cotton Mill building.
