After several months away, I am glad to be back working for the Plain Dealer as the new Advertising Representative! Sue Ross, who has been with the local paper for more than six years, has decided it is time to move on and enter retirement. She is grateful for everyone she has had the pleasure of working with and on my first day she made sure to tell me “I have the best clients in the world.”

I was born in Columbus and raised in Scipio. My wife Daphne and I live here in North Vernon and attend Bethel Baptist Church. I graduated from Ivy Tech with an Associates of Applied Science and a Technical Certificate in Visual Communications, focusing in graphic design. From 2018 to early 2021 I worked for the Plain Dealer laying out pages, designing ads and even delivering papers if needed.

Now, with the transition to Paxton Media and Sue entering into retirement, it is my job to connect businesses to their community. I look forward to working with the wonderful local businesses in our area and if anyone needs to get a hold of me, I can reached at the same phone number, 812-346-3973 (ext. 4) and at the moment the same email, Ad rates are not changing in 2022; we still have the lowest rates around!

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving and has a blessed Christmas season!
