Jimmie L. Fox, 79, of Carrollton, Kentucky, died on Friday, Nov. 13, 2020, at the Golden Living Center-Woodbridge, in Evansville, Indiana.

He was born Jan. 7, 1941, in Milton, Kentucky, to Eugene Fox and Mary Stanley Fox. He was a 1960 graduate of Trimble County High School and had owned and operated Fox Septic Service in Trimble County for many years. He was of the Baptist faith and attended Open Door Baptist Church in Carrollton.

Survivors include his wife, Sandy Reed Fox, of Carrollton; his daughter, Robyn Lee Fox of Bedford, Kentucky, two sons, Jimmie Howard Graham Fox and Michael Kevin Fox, both of Bedford; two stepdaughters, Patricia Ann Burwell of Delray Beach, Florida and Kathy Jane Thornton of Carrollton, two stepsons, Stephen Edward Lillien of Carrollton and Earl Scott Barton of Ghent, Kentucky; and six grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, six step grandchildren and four step-great grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Wilma Bright, Charlotte Purvis and Ollie Duncan; five brothers, Charles Eugene Fox, Mike Fox, Norvie Fox, Dale Holton Fox and Arthur Fox, and one step grandson.

Funeral wervices will be at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 20, at the Tandy-Eckler-Riley Funeral Home in Carrollton. Visitation will be from 10:30 a.m. until time of services Friday at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Moffett Cemetery in Milton.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, funeral home occupancy will be limited to 50% normal capacity and 6-foot social distancing and face masks will be required for attendance.
