Kenneth “Kenny” Couch, 68, of Milton, Kentucky, died Sunday, Nov. 22, 2020, at the King’s Daughters’ Hospital in Madison, Indiana.
He was born on May 29, 1952, in Hazard, Kentucky, to Curt and Nellie Baker Couch. He married Myrna S. Beach on Sept. 27, 1997, in Milton. He worked in construction most of his life and for the last 20 years owned and operated K&C Tack & Bar in Milton. He loved riding horses with friends, fishing, hunting, and being surrounded by his bar patrons. He was an avid University of Louisville Cardinal fan and enjoyed the opportunity to aggravate Kentucky Wildcat fans.
Survivors include his wife of 23 years of Milton; his son, Curtis Couch of Milton; his sisters, Betty Couch of Milton, Barbara Couch of Carrollton and Debbie Harmon of Worthville, Kentucky; two brothers, Ron Couch of Milton and Bobby Couch of Bedford; and a granddaughter, several nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Bill Couch.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday Nov. 28, at the Lytle Welty Funeral Homes & Cremation Service, Vail Chapel, on the hilltop in Madison, Indiana, with interment to follow in Moffett Cemetery in Milton. Visitation is 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday and 10:00 AM until the time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
