Zachariah Erwin, pleaded guilty to visiting a common nuisance, a Class B misdemeanor, sentenced to 180 days jail, all suspended except for three days served, ordered to complete 174 days supervised probation in Bartholomew County plus court costs and fees.

Richard Walker, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 60 days jail, all suspended except for 60 days probation plus court costs and fees with license suspended.

Arnold Graham, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days jail with 345 days suspended, credit for three days served with 12 more days to serve, plus court costs and fees.

Billy Brooks, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to zero days jail plus court costs and fees.

Stephanie E. James Matthew Stewart, pleaded guilty in separate cases to amended plea of invasion of privacy and possession of methamphetamine, a Level 6 felony, sentenced to 365 days jail for invasion of privacy, all suspended to run concurrent with 365 days sentence for possession of methamphetamine, all suspended except for 69 days jail served, placed on supervised probation for 227 days with defendant released to drug treatment facility plus court costs and fees. Upon successful completion of probation and treatment, defendant can petition court for a reduction of judgment to a Class A misdemeanor.
