Kirk Patrick Craig, pleaded guilty in three cases including obstruction of justice and two counts of auto theft, all Level 6 felonies, ordered to serve 365 days at Indiana Department of Correction on each charge with all suspended except for 169 total days served, placed on probation with Jefferson County Community Corrections for a total of 418 days with first 90 days monitored electronically, plus court costs and fees.

Tony Lee Bailey, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, ordered to serve 365 days jail, all suspended except for one day served, placed on probation with Jefferson County Community Corrections for 363 days with license suspended for 30 days with special driving privileges, plus court costs and fees.

Sarah R. Nantz, pleaded guilty to identity deception, a Level 6 felony amended to a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 19 days jail with credit for 38 good time days served and ordered to pay court costs and fees with release for time served.

Thomas Murray, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to 365 days jail, all suspended except for five days with credit for one day served and four to serve. Placed on supervised probation for 360 days with driver’s license suspended for 180 days plus court costs and fees.

Kristopher Pittman, pleaded guilty to operating while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and leaving the scene of an accident, a Class B misdemeanor, sentenced concurrently to 365 and 180 days, respectively, all suspended except for two days jail served. Placed on probation for 363 days with no license suspension as court grants defendant’s argument of subutex if proof of prescription can be provided. Ordered to pay court costs and fees.

Damien Dale Smith, pleaded guilty to two counts of operating while intoxicated, both Level 6 felonies, to serve two years and 18 months, respectively, at Indiana Department of Correction, all suspended except for a combined 159 days served, placed on combined 972 days probation with community corrections, plus court costs and fees. Upon successful completion of probation, defendant may petition court for judgment reduction to Class A misdemeanor.

Kristopher Neal Gullion, pleaded guilty to possession of methamphetamine and possession of a syringe, both Level 5 felonies, sentenced to 730 days concurrent on each charge, all suspended except for two days served, placed on 726 days probation with Jefferson County Community Corrections with first 180 days on electronic monitor plus court costs and fees.

Sean Patrick Heinze, pleaded guilty to theft, a Class A misdemeanor, sentenced to time served plus court costs and fees.

Catherine Davis, pleaded guilty to neglect of a dependent and battery, both Level 6 felonies, ordered to serve 545 days at Indiana Department of Correction, all suspended except for two days served, placed on Jefferson County Community Corrections for 541 days with no contact order for 541 days plus court costs and fees.
