Sentenced to 2,555 days at Indiana Department of Correction, concurrent, with credit for 592 days served and 197 days earned for a total credit of 789 days.

Justin Joe Deckard, of Madison, for Operating a Motor Vehicle Without Ever Receiving a License, a Class C misdemeanor. Sentenced to eight days jail with credit for eight days served plus $185 court costs. Released for time served.
